How do I get my stories after subscribing?
Once you subscribe, you'll be directed to a payment confirmation screen. This will include a welcome message from us and any important info such as access to password protected pages. 

Does the password ever change?
Yes — for security, the password is refreshed regularly. Active subscribers will be emailed a new password. As long as your subscription is active, you'll never be locked out. The password will generally change around the 1st of each month.

What if I didn't receive the password?
Check your invoice through the stripe portal. Any messages should be on that page. If it's still not there, get in touch via the contact form and we'll sort it out quickly.

Can I share my password with a friend?
We'd rather you didn't — CMG Writing is a small, independent project, and subscriptions are what keep new stories coming. If you know someone who'd enjoy the stories, sending them to the Subscribe page is the best way to support the site.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
You can manage or cancel anytime from the "Manage Your Subscription" page. Cancelling stops future payments; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
