How do I get my stories after subscribing?

Once you choose your subscription, you'll receive a payment confirmation in the stripe portal! This will include a welcome message as well as any passwords for our subscriber pages!

Does the password ever change?

Yes, we do! As we're only starting out, we will change the password on a regular basis which will be emailed to our active subscribers. We plan to do this on the 1st of every month (the password will remain the same for that month) along with our monthly newsletter. We hope, in future, to allow everyone to create their own log-in and password though!

What if I didn't receive the password?

Check your invoice through the stripe portal or the email confirmation. If you still haven't received anything, please contact us through our website or our social media pages. 

Can I share my password with a friend?

We'd really appreciate it if you didn't. We are a small, independent project and our subscribers will help our community continue to grow and allow us to bring more stories. 

How long do you take to answer emails or messages?

We work full-time whilst working on our stories as well as managing our social media pages. We aim to get back to you within 2-3 working days. If your query is urgent, please contact us through our Instagram or TikTok pages. 

Are you still adding free short stories?

Yes we are! We will continue to add one free short story every month. It may not be always be a brand new one. It may be a story that's already been available to our subscribers. 

How often do new stories come out?

New stories will be added every Friday. We are aiming to upload two stories per genre every month. This means there will be some weeks where two stories drop instead of one!

Are you planning to add more genres?

We are pretty excited about the three we have right now. But we will say this - we are working on our dystopian trilogy in the background and may drop portions of chapters throughout in the newsletters as a bonus for our subscribers!

Are the stories standalone, or do characters overlap between them?

All of our stories are created as a standalone story. We may change this if we feel there's more to dive into with certain characters. 

When will stories be available?

Every Friday at 8am (GMT). 

How do I access the monthly newsletter?

You will need to have an active subscription - monthly or yearly to access our newsletters. This is an extra bonus for our loyal subscribers for taking this journey with us and diving beyond the world of the story into the creative writing process. 

Are the stories laid out well, and are they easy to read on phone or computer?

All of our stories are written in a Word doc then copied onto our website into a blog-style format. We aim to keep the professional layout in our edits as much as possible. They are easy to read across all devices. 

Will there be warnings for sensitive content?

Yes. Any sensitive topics covered in our stories will have a trigger warning at the top. Please do read all of our stories at your own discretion. 

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Go to the 'Manage Your Subscription' page any time. Cancelling stops future payments, but you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
