How do I get my stories after subscribing?

After you hit that subscribe button, you'll land on a payment confirmation screen. There, you'll see a friendly welcome message from us along with all the important details, like how to access those password-protected pages. 

Does the password ever change?

Yep — we keep things secure by changing the password regularly. If you’re an active subscriber, we’ll shoot you an email with the new password. As long as your subscription is active, you’ll always have access. We’ll drop the monthly newsletter and a new password on the 1st of every month!

What if I didn't receive the password?

You can check your invoice right in the Stripe portal. Any messages will pop up on that page. If you still can’t find it, just hit us up through the contact form and we’ll get it sorted in no time!

Can I share my password with a friend?

We’d totally appreciate it if you didn’t! CMG Writing is just a small indie project, and subscriptions are what keep the stories coming. If you know someone who’d love the stories, sending them over to the Subscribe page is the best way to show your support!

How long do you take to answer any emails or messages?

Are the stories laid out in a way that looks good and is it easier to read them on your phone or computer?

We usually whip up our stories in Word docs all tidy and organized. But when it’s time to toss them onto the website, we switch things up a bit to give them that fun blog vibe! It’s way easier on phones for the layout!

Will there be any warnings for sensitive content?

If you come across a story that dives into some sensitive stuff, you’ll see a trigger warning right at the top in bold. Just so you know, CMG Writing isn’t responsible for how you feel about any of that material. Happy reading!

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

You can totally manage or cancel whenever you want from the "Manage Your Subscription" page. If you decide to cancel, it stops future payments, but no worries—you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period!
